Refund policy
You may return or exchange products purchased on our site for customer reasons. Please complete the return or exchange application form and send the product back within 30 days of its arrival.
If the Size Does Not Fit or the Product Is Different from What You Expected
You can return the product within 30 days of receipt. Please request a return or exchange through the return/exchange application form.
Returns due to customer preference will require you to bear the return shipping costs. Please note that shipping fees incurred during delivery from our company cannot be refunded.
If There Is a Problem with the Product
If the product delivered is defective or differs from what you ordered, we will promptly address your request for return or exchange. Please fill out the return/exchange application form within 7 days of receipt.
Once your application is processed, we will provide guidance on the return method and other details.
Conditions for Non-Acceptance of Returns/Exchanges
- If you do not submit a return/exchange request within 30 days after the product arrives at your location.
- If there are signs of use, damage, or soiling on the product.
- If there are missing tags or accessories.
- If the product is returned using a method other than the one specified by us.
- For products sold under special conditions such as non-returnable coupons.
- For orders explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page or campaign page.
- For products that directly touch the skin, such as underwear, swimsuits, accessories, and other items worn without undergarments.
